At Gaia Botanica, we are dedicated to selecting the most sustainable, planet-friendly packaging available.

Amber Apothecary Jars
We use amber-coloured jars to store our teas, as they help maximise shelf life and preserve the freshness and flavour of the botanicals. These beautiful apothecary jars are designed to be refilled, and we proudly offer refill pouches for convenient replenishment. The jars can also be repurposed in many creative ways, and when no longer needed, both the jar and its seal are fully recyclable.

Refill Pouches
Our refill pouches are home compostable and break down within 30 days, once the label and wire seal are removed. This allows you to enjoy your favourite teas while minimising waste and supporting a circular economy.

Shipping Packaging
All Gaia Botanica orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes. We use recycled hex wrap to protect your products during shipping, which we encourage you to reuse. Our mailers are compostable at home—just remove any labels or stickers and, for faster results, cut them into smaller pieces. Additionally, customers can check with their local councils to see if compostable packaging can be disposed of in green bins for an even more sustainable option.
